PROPS NEEDED: 1 Chair (without armrests) + 1 Block + Optional Pillow

Feel the heat! This class works to actively target every lower body tissue and you’ll likely be feeling it the next day. After lower body warm-ups, we use the chair to challenge active hip flexion combined with rotation to put your hip flexors and quads to work. We expand our capacity for external rotation with positional isometrics made to target the lateral hip tissues. We explore the different variations of bridge lifts and an amazing hamstring curl variation to make sure that the posterior hip and thigh tissues don’t get left out. And we get the inner and outer leg lines with a cool side-lying series. Ends with some good feeling stretches and a much deserved legs up the chair moment.
