Need some love?

This meditation offers the time and space to practice and fill up on self-love. We all crave to be seen, felt, and loved. Feelings of self-doubt and lack of self-worth get in the way of our ability to receive love. When we tend to these parts, we can open ourselves up to the infinite supply of love that is readily available within. When we are immersed in love it allows us to receive love without attachment. This practice connects us to our innate wholeness and right to the source of love, which is within you.
