Feeling activated?

This meditation is meant to help neutralize uncomfortable, overwhelming, challenging, or disruptive emotions and impulses. When difficult emotions get the best of us, we tend to leave our window of presence, we lose our ability to remain open, patient, aware, focussed, flexible, connected, appropriately engaged socially, and creative. In this practice, we want to experience another option, one that hopefully helps us to return to the qualities that exist when we are back in our window when we feel present and available.
