PROPS NEEDED: 1 Block + Optional Pillow

Start off with some wrist therapy, mobilizing through both stretching and strengthening in a variety of ways. Get deep into the shoulder joints with end-range, rotational movements in every range. Learn how to gain control over your shoulder blade movements. Put it all together with a progressive series ending with full expressions of forearm plank and forearm side-planks and flowing between the two with control.
