Shoulder Therapy! This class begins with focussed mobility training for some more challenging load-bearing moves to follow. We take the time to assess our capacity for wrist extension and shoulder rotation (internal and external) and then learn how to use isometric loading principles to build tolerance in those ranges. We then put these more expanded ranges to use with single-arm balancing shapes and fun patterns that transfer the load from one arm to the other. Leave feeling upper-body-strong, spaciousness at the intersection between your spine and upper limbs, and connected to your heart space.
