A Valentines Day Special to love yourself up. Self-love is a practice and a process. Throughout this class, we experiment with the mantra: I am here. I am with you. I love you. We move through every joint from head to toes mindfully and deliberately. This class encourages you to move from the inside out, fully connected and listening deeply. Moving in this way helps to cultivate intimacy, compassion, and respect in your relationship with yourself. After much preparation, we work up to side planks and side plank variations, we get into a juicy move to wake up the back leg line and to release the psoas and quadruped tissues, and finish with an outer hip opener. So much LOVE.
