Feeling out of whack? This class is a perfectly balanced full-body tune-up. In the first quarter, we get down deep into every aspect of the upper limbs. The second-quarter tackles the spine with interesting combinations of ranges of motion. In the third quarter, we assess our active ranges in the lower limbs, explore some training exercises to enhance ankle dorsiflexion, and challenge our end-range active and passive hip mobility in a few different directions. The last bit brings it all back into balance with whole-body movements and guided relaxation. Featuring Lexi the dog and the peanut gallery grunting and groaning in the background.
