PROPS NEEDED: 1 Yoga Bolster or Firm Rectangular Pillow

Playing with tension. In this class, we increase our stress tolerance using a tensile load. We use specific base positions that increase tension in certain tissues in order to challenge movement through the use of internal resistance. We change up the load profile offering a variety of inputs to our core tissues using our body weight, our relationship to gravity, and through the use of the bolster. This class invites you to explore familiar movement patterns in new ways and helps build up your bolster usage repertoire.

CAUTIONS: Ankle loading, knee loading.
