PROPS NEEDED: 1 Chair (without armrests) + 1 Block

A great practice that acts as a compassionate guide, helping you to get into your body deeply and intimately. This class is chock-full of smart micro-movements that target every muscle fiber and tissue. This class is more accessible in ways as we have a chair in the mix. We start sitting on the chair, using the block for tactile feedback, as we get into work for your neck and upper spine. Then we come to the floor to target the lower back, core, hips, knees, ankles, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. We get into the back of the hip tissues on the belly challenging rotation in hip extension, we move the shoulder blades and end with some incredible fascia (connective tissue) stretches standing up while using the chair. We end in the best restorative posture ever, legs up the chair with a block under our hips. It’s a total full-body reboot.
