Starts with a foot massage to mobilize the toes, feet and ankles. Get a deep calf stretch and train for more capacity, range, and control in ankle dorsiflexion using positional isometrics. Your ability to stay balanced will be challenged and your hip mobility (flexibility and strength) will be put to the test in every range. Leave this session feeling open and strong.
