PROPS NEEDED: 1 Block

Train for more overall strength and control over your upper body. We use the block in creative ways to close the chain, to engage in task-based movements, and to add load and obstacles to overcome. Half of this class happens lying on your back to gather feedback on where we are in space and insight on compensation patterns. This class builds-up to some play with single-arm downward dogs and planks.
