Feel connected to your pillar of strength and gain trust in your ability to return to this place no matter how far our adventures may take you away. Have some fun with some standing movement patterns meant to challenge your balance and control. Towards the end, we use internal tension to challenge our capacity to rotate the spine and challenge our ability to control the trunk tissues as we practice rolling up and down segmentally through the spine.
