PROPS NEEDED: 1 Block + 1 Squishy Ball or 1 Bath Towel

Consider this class a very creative core workout. We start on the floor using the ball to create extension in the thoracic spine. From this position, we work through lumbar, thoracic and neck mobility. In the latter part of the class, we get creative with some variations on a quadruped (hands and knees) position to push our balance and engage stabilizing muscles in the core. Expect to feel open and alive, especially around the ribcage and core.
