Whether you’re new or experienced, this class offers a thorough exploration of some of the most basic (and important!) mobility exercises for the upper body. We cover everything from fingers to shoulders and finish with some mild weight-bearing + (very) modified tricep push-ups. For a new practitioner, this class could be a great place to get familiar with standard upper-body mobility. And for someone with more experience, this is a good one for when you’re feeling a little low energy but still want to move.
